When trying to process an Outlook Profile the following error message is found in the log file.
"The Client Profile Updating Utility process crashed."
Further review of the log file shows that this happened when trying to process a 3rd party plug-in. Is there a way to configure CPUU to skip 3rd party plug-ins?
At this time there is no way to skip the processing of 3rd party plug-ins. To work around this issue plus unload or uninstall the 3rd party plugin and process the Outlook profile, then install the plugins.
