Previously removed DSA Agent is still showing in QMM Agent Manager.

How to remove an entry for DSA agent from the Adam ADLDSdatabase that was not uninstalled properly.

The DSA agent was uninstalled from the server locally but Agent Manager still contains agent listed.  When trying to uninstall from the Agent Manager it fails.  How can this ghost entry be removed?

ADAM database needs to be modified.  Please make a backup of DB first like described in KB 10061:

Please follow these steps:

1. Stop all DSA synchronization jobs and close QMM console.
2. Open ADAM ADSIEdit. Select Distinguished Name (DN) or naming context and put CN=QMM_PROJECT_NAME where QMM_PROJECT_NAME is your QMM ADAM project name. This name is displayed on the very top level of your QMM console.
3. Fill out ADAM server name and port information and make sure it connects properly.
4. Expand CN=QMM_PROJECT_NAME, browse to CN=AMMProject_GUID, CN=Agents.
5. Delete the agent that is no longer needed.
