Description
When launching the Open Project Wizard, the following error appears:
Cannot connect to the Statistics Portal at the specified location. Please verify the location or type in a new one. Please very that statistics portal is installed on the specified server. The location should be supplied in http://server/directory format. Also the account you are currently using should be a local administrator on the IIS server.
When you click OK, the Open Project Wizard opens.
