Error 0x8007052d. Unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not me (4288318)

While having a Source Domain with a lower security requirement for Password than the Target, Active Directory Administrative Center is used to filter and allow for the Source Domain password to be passed over to the Target Domain

However, while it is possible to setup the lower password on the Target Domain via the Active Directory Users and Computers, MMAD is not able to migrate it and the following error is displayed:

Error 0x8007052d. Unable to update the password.

The value provided for the new password does not meet the length, complexity or history requirements of the domain
