In a Hybrid Migration scenario were you have Microsoft DirSync and Migration Manager for AD (Office 365) you receive the error below when trying to migrate users from source domain to Office 365.

You must change the current mapping template being used my Migration Manager for AD (Office 365).
1. Select the "Mapping" tab from your console.
2. In the "Schema Template' drop down select the "Empty Active Directory to Microsoft Office 365" template.
3. Migrate the user.
