Cause
Essentials is not prompting for User name and Password when connecting with "Claims" button as the migration account has 2FA setup -
Resolution
1. Close Essentials application2. Navigate to IE internet options > click on Security tab > Custom Level > scroll down all the way to bottom and under User Authentication > "Logon" select/enable Prompt for Username and Password and hit Ok.3. Re-launch Essentials application (right click and run as an admin)4. Try connecting to SPO site collection by entering SPO Site Collection URL and hit "Claims button without entering username and password on connect to SharePoint logon window
