Files failed to migrate with a generic error: java.lang.NullPointerException
Description

Several files in different site libraries did not migrate, the logs shows them with a generic error "java.lang.NullPointerException"
Cause

The file path is too long.
Resolution

Re-migrate the Site using Drives option:
Or
Re-migrate the List/Library using Azure Turbo Mode.
