When an attempt is made to save search or analysis results to an Excel file via the ReportViewer toolbar, the following message is displayed:
The file you are trying to open, '[file_name].xls', is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file now?
Security settings are insufficient for the ControlPoint service account's Temp folder on the web front-end server.
