Content Matrix unable to connect to the Azure / SPO Container Office 365 Upload -
Description
When migrating a larger site and selecting the Azure/SPO Container Option Office 365 Upload under the List Contents tab. The migration is failing with the following error when it tries to upload a batch Exception:
"The remote name could not be resolved: 'storage_name.queue.core.windows.net' at Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage.Core.Executor.Executor.ExecuteSync[T](RESTCommand`1 cmd, IRetryPolicy policy, OperationContext operationContext) at Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage.Queue.CloudQueue.CreateIfNotExists(QueueRequestOptions options, OperationContext operationContext)"

Cause
A Premium Azure account will not work for this purpose.
