Distributed Migration Agents always showing busy status even though no migration jobs have been submitted. (4283529)

Distributed Migration Agents (DMA) always showing busy status even though no migration jobs have been submitted. 

There was a Powershell process service running under the System Account (In Task Manager) on the DMA server.

The Distributed Migration Agents may show busy if Powershell.exe executable is running on the agents server under System Account (In Task Manager). 

Check and make sure the Powershell executable (Look for processes for all users and see if any PowerShell executable) is not running prior to starting remote job. 

Stop that Powershell process and kill that Powershell session.
