When migrating a document library containing OneNote notebook/s, you may see the following error message on the OneNote files:

When adding a OneNote notebook in Office 365, it is created as a virtual folder having the sections and pages added as files inside the folder. During the migration, the virtual folders are not getting migrated. Hence, the actual location for the sections and pages on the target library does not exist.
