"401 Unauthorized" error message When using Local Object Model Connection -
Description
When using the Local Object Model (OM) adapter in connecting to a SharePoint site or migrating a site collection, a "401 Unauthorized" error message is encountered.

Cause
The Local Object Model (OM) connection requires higher permissions than other connection types, so the migrating account needs to have sufficient permission.

Resolution
Make sure the migrating account has the following permissions:
- Local administrator on the machine running the Content Matrix Console
- Farm administrator
- Site collection administrator
- db_owner of the SharePoint Admin, SharePoint Config and content database/s
Note: In SharePoint 2013, the migrating account may need to have SP_DATA_ACCESS role, which replaced the db_owner role.
