"Feature for list template is not installed in this farm" error message (4314742)

During list or site migration, one or more lists fail to copy with the following error:

Exception: Server was unable to process request. ---> Feature '150c57c9-d3a6-442f-ad57-561dd48c7392' for list template '107' is not installed in this farm.  The operation could not be completed.

Note: The feature ID may be different.

• The list was created using a custom list definition or solution, which is not deployed in the target SharePoint farm.
• The source site may have been upgraded causing loss of feature IDs.
• The list may have been created from a saved template created from a list with the custom feature ID.

The attached Transformer script can be inserted into a list or site migration job. It will map list feature IDs to the standard set of OOB list feature IDs or to a custom feature ID already deployed in the target environment.

Please refer to the ReadMe.txt file included in the zip for instructions on how to use it. There is also a reference file included, which lists the feature IDs for all OOB list and library types. Additionally, there is a sample script that maps the feature ID indicated above to a Tasks list feature ID.
