If PostProcessing was not able to index all data in the archive and the PostProcessing plugin shows errors, Post-Processing can make another attempt to archive these messages. To cause Archive Manager to re-index errors perform the following steps:
1. Stop the PostProcessing service on the archive server
2. Run the following SQL query (replace schema with the database schema in use, such as dbo)
UPDATE [schema].[EXCHANGEPAMPPERROREX] SET ERRORCOUNT = 0
3. Start the Post-Processing service on the archive server
