Description
During indexing errors were produced preventing some messages from being indexed -
Cause
Low disk space on the archive server
SQL timeouts
Corrupt data
Missing data in the HSM
Message attachments that cannot be read for indexing

Resolution
If PostProcessing was not able to index all data in the archive and the PostProcessing plugin shows errors, Post-Processing can make another attempt to archive these messages. To cause Archive Manager to re-index errors perform the following steps:
1. Stop the PostProcessing service on the archive server
2. Run the following SQL query (replace schema with the database schema in use, such as dbo)
UPDATE [schema].[EXCHANGEPAMPPERROREX] SET ERRORCOUNT = 0
3. Start the Post-Processing service on the archive server
