Customer is running Tivoli TSM storage.

Cause
HSM DLL file not registered (PamTSM.DLL)

Resolution
Register the file manually or reboot MAM server and run HSM repair again.
Run CMD as Admin on HSM server and run:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86\Common Files\PAM\HSM\PamTSM.DLL)"
