Errors when attempting to use the PST Importer to import PST messages into the archive
Error: PSTImporterLib >> ImportPSTFileEx >> Exception: Failed to read mailbox folders (200). GetMailboxFolders >> Exception >> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A0306): CPSTOperations::GetFolders >> Exception 800A0306 The mailbox store is not opened. Please connect first.
The target mailbox in the archive does not have an active mailbox in Exchange / Office 365
The PST Importer is failing to create a working Outlook profile to use for the import
First please verify that the target mailbox for the PST Import still has an active mailbox in your Exchange / Office 365 environment. The PST Importer only supports importing PSTs for mailboxes which still exist in Exchange or Office 365.
If there is a mailbox in Exchange for the user the PST Importer may be having problems creating a mail profile to use for the import. An easy workaround for this is to create a mail profile manually and configure the PST Importer to use the created profile. To do this follow these steps:
