Cause
The target mailbox in the archive does not have an active mailbox in Exchange / Office 365
The PST Importer is failing to create a working Outlook profile to use for the import

Resolution
First please verify that the target mailbox for the PST Import still has an active mailbox in your Exchange / Office 365 environment. The PST Importer only supports importing PSTs for mailboxes which still exist in Exchange or Office 365.
If there is a mailbox in Exchange for the user the PST Importer may be having problems creating a mail profile to use for the import. An easy workaround for this is to create a mail profile manually and configure the PST Importer to use the created profile. To do this follow these steps:
1. Log on to the archive server as the SuperUser account. If you are unsure which account to use, check what account the services for Archive Manager are running under.2. Create an Outlook profile for PST Imports. This can be done by opening the Control Panel and going to Mail. In the Mail Window Click Add to create a new profile and name it something you will recognize such as PSTIMPORTS3. Allow autodiscover to automatically configure the options for the mail profile. We recommend turning off cached mode.4. Complete the wizard to create the mail profile.5. Open Regedit on the archive server and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Metalogix\exchangePAM6. Create a new string named PSTUSEPROFILE and set the value to the name of the mail profile you created7. Restart all services for Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange.After setting up the MAPI profile for the Imports you can verify it is working correctly but trying to run a PST Import.
