Cause
An Address Book Synchronization is currently running on the archive server -
Resolution
The Address Book synchronization should be allowed to finish before attempting to make changes in the Address Book Manager. You cannot make changes to mailboxes, servers, or groups while a synchronization is running.
If you need to change the schedule for Address Book Synchronizations this can be done on the General Settings tab in the Address Book Manager by clicking Settings in the Automatic synchronization parameters
