Resolution
Note: These steps do not apply for Office 365 or Exchange Online migrations. A separate knowledgebase article regarding Office 365 explains the steps for updating mailboxes after being migrated to Office 365 or Exchange Online.
1. Launch Enterprise Manager and click on the Address Book Manager by either clicking the small red book icon or navigating to Tools > Address Book Manager.
2. In Address Book Manager, click on the Mailboxes tab and find the mailbox you wish to update. Right-click on it and select Tasks > Migrate Mailbox.
3. The Search Active Directory dialog will appear. Type the name of the user who needs to be updated from the correct Base container.
4. A series of warnings will appear noting that the process is irreversible. Read each warning carefully, and click Yes to continue.
5. The Archive Mailbox is now connected directly to the new Active Directory Exchange Mailbox and will archive accordingly.
