It is not possible to open archived email in Outlook Web Access. The following error message is seen in the Debug Output on the CAS server:
The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.

The superuser is not allowed to impersonate the respective mailbox
Use the Exchange Management Shell to grant the superuser impersonation permissions over all Exchange servers in the environment.
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name "Impersonation-MAM4Exchange" -Role "ApplicationImpersonation" -User
Note: Replace with the name of your SuperUser account for Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange. If you are unsure of which account to use, check the services for Archive Manager on the archive server
