Error: "The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object FU_ServerRoles, databse MessageStats, sch (96323)

Trying to run some reports and the following error is shown:

"Unexpected error while attempting to read from the database"
"The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object FU_ServerRoles, databse MessageStats, schema dbo"

The account used to run the reports does is not a member of the MessageStats_Web database role

Determine which account is used to run the Web Reports:

1. Open the MessageStats installation directory
2. Locate and double click the QMSReports.udl file
3. Note the User name specified (this will be a SQL account on the SQL server where the MessageStats database is hosted)
4. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and connect
5. Expand Databases | MessageStats | Security | Roles | Database Roles
6. Right click MessageStats_Web and select Properties
7. If the User name noted in step 3 is not listed under Role Members click Add
8. Enter the User name and click OK
