This article describes known issues for MessageStats report pack for OWA Console component.

Cause
If you deleted object data using the Delete Data feature of Quest MessageStats, the list of all the processed log files is still stored on the servers on which the task processors reside. As a result, if you create a new OWA gathering task, the task does not collect information from the previously processed log files.

Resolution
To resolve the issue, delete corresponding log files from the %MessageStatsInstallationDirectory%\Report Packs\OWA Reports Pack\iislog\ directory on the applicable task processor servers.
