MessageStats 6.5 and Spotlight on Exchange Interoperability Issue -
Description
There are compatibility issues between Quest MessageStats 6.5, and other Quest products that use the Quest Web Reporting engine. These products include Quest Spotlight on Exchange; and Quest Spotlight on Active Directory. When MessageStats 6.5 is installed on the same machine as one of these applications, the following symptoms will be observed: the first web reporting application to run after a system reset or reset of IIS will execute successfully; the other application will not work – usually issuing an error that indicates that ASP.NET 1.1, or ASP.NET 2.0 has not been installed.
