Can MessageStats gather and report on information about Custom Forms? (4347165)

Most Custom Forms for Outlook Clients are available in the EForms Registry System Folder inside the Organizational Forms Library. Can MessageStats gather and report on information about these Custom Forms?

MessageStats will not be able to gather information about Custom Forms stored in Personal Forms Libraries as these are local to each workstation.

MessageStats cannot gather or report on information about specific Custom Forms. However, MessageStats can report on information about the Organizational Forms Library itself. This report includes information such as Last Content Modification Date, Folder Path, and Total Items Size etc.

In order for MessageStats to gather this information you need to ensure that you have successful completion of Public Folder Gatherings.

In Reports:
1. Select Public Folders from the Report List
2. Select Folder Details
3. In Filters select the Public Folder filter and specify '=' and type "Organizational Forms" (Please note that some Organizations may have a different name for this folder) You can select the ellipsis button to browse through the Folders List. This list will include Public and System Folders
4. Click Apply Filters
