What information is provided by the Server Internal/External report?

This report shows the number of messages sent and received by a given Exchange server. Totaling these values at the organization level will provide a value that is the sum of the volume of messages that have passed through the Exchange Organization. This report does not take unique messages into consideration, meaning that the same message can be passed through many Exchange Servers in the organization and this is included in the totals on this report.
