When trying to gathering data, this error is produced:
MAPI_E_UNCONFIGURED
Upgrade the Office install on the MessageStats Console system if it's not Office XP Sp2 or greater. The main concern is Outlook to be equal or greater then Office XP Sp2 because of the MAPI errors being reported when trying to gather Public Folders. Also confirm that Public Folders are selected in the Recurrence Settings under the Tools Menu, Manage.
