MessageStats is unable to gather the Mailbox Resource Table through Mapi.
Please download the MFCMapi utility from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=291794 to the MessageStats Console System and follow the instructions below:
1. Extract the two files into a directory on the MessageStats Console System.
2. Make sure no other programs are running and double-click the MFCMapi.exe.
3. About MFCMapi appears - click the OK button.
4. Select the Session Menu and click Logon and Display Store Table.
5. Select the Outlook 2003 Sp2 Profile that was created to initialize Mapi.
6. Select the MDB Menu and click Get Mailbox Table.
7. A window appears "Display Server Mailbox Table" - try it for the Exchange Server in question.
8. Now you should see the Mailbox Table or an error.
If an error appears, this indicates that the problem is not a MessageStats issue, so please contact Microsoft to further troubleshoot the issue.
If no error is returned, please contact Quest Support for assistance: Support@Quest.com.
