Where should the directory for the local archiving of tracking logs exist on the Gatherer Server?

Resolution
The Archive Log directory has to reside on the same drive as the temporary Tracking Log directory which is located under:
Program Files\Quest Software\MessageStats\Tracking Logs
It does not have to be in the same location but must be on the same volume. This is due to how the product implements archiving and is functioning as designed.
