How are the server roles setup?
The Server Roles need to be setup in the QMS Console under the Tools menu, Manage, Servers and here you select the Server, click the Properties button and select the Server Roles tab. You can also get to the Server Properties by right clicking the Exchange Server in either the Interactive or Automated tabs, select Properties and then select Server Roles tab. Once you setup the Server Roles then you can filter on them in reports.
