Seeing duplicate mailboxes in all mailbox reports.
Description

You are seeing duplicate mailboxes in all of the Mailboxe reports.
Cause

This can happen if you have recovery storage group enabled.
Resolution

If you have recovery storage groups (RSG) enabled, you will always see duplicate mailboxes in the reports as they are a mailbox.
You can dismount the recovery store (RSG) and then run your mailboxes gathering again and then you will not see duplicates for that store.
