You will see the following error in your Task Logs.
Error Unexpected error while attempting to read from the database.Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.SORT temporary run storage: 140801474363392' in database 'tempdb' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.
Or
The following error occurred while processing a data object for a given gathering: Error in Executing SQL Statement - Message: Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.T_ServerMailTraffic'.'IX_T_ServerMailTrafficDateFromServerGUID' in database 'MessageStats' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup;;
Verify there is enough free space on the disk containing the database.
Increase the Maximum File Size for the database.
Note if using SQL Express:
Maximum database size of 10 GB per database in SQL Server Express 2008 R2 (4 GB for SQL Server Express 2008 and earlier; compared to 2 GB in the former MSDE)
