Can MessageStats report on the Emails sent to Public Folders?
The Functionality to report on the emails sent to Public Folders currently does not exist in MessageStats.
MesageStats will report message counts sent to public folders at the Organization level and Server level but not specifically at the Public folder level. What that means is, if a message is sent to a public folder, it will add to the count of messages sent/received at the organization and server level reports but you can't see where the message is sent to because we don't count messages sent or received at the public folder level.
