Warning occurs during Directory Lookup task: "An error occurred in getting the Downlevel Account by SID information for <path to object>. No mapping between account names and security IDs was done."
CAUSE
This error will occur for mailboxes that do not have a Windows User account associated or for mailboxes that are associated with User accounts that have invalid SIDs (Security Identifier) or SIDs from untrusted domains.
WORKAROUND
None.
If a mailbox that was gathered by Messagestats is not associated to a Windows User account, Messagestats should not try to look up a SID, but the product is coded to always perform a SID lookup. Change request CR0130452 has been logged, which mentions that Messagestats should not lookup SIDs when a User account is not associated with the mailbox or to have the error message changed to something more indicative of the actual problem.
