Can the Tracking Log Archive task be configured to delete old tracking logs. For example can the task be configured to archive only x number of days of tracking logs?
Currently No, The tracking log archive task can be configured to backup your tracking logs after they are processed by MessageStats but deleting the old archives is a manual process. This has been submitted as a Change Request and raised as CR64940 (Delete old tracking log files after archiving). This will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release of MessageStats.
A list of “Resolved Issues” is published in the product Release Notes accompanying new releases that can be referenced to identify if a fix for this defect has been implemented. Product Release Notes are available in the “Product Documentation” area of our support portal at www.quest.com/support.
