When running the "IIS Log Files / OWA / Windows Mobile" gathering task or the "BlackBerry Default Gathering" task you receive an error similar to the following:
The following unexpected error occurred in the execution of the task activity thread: Unable to load modules. Unable to initialize data object cache.
Also when running the "Windows Mobile Default" or "Windows Mobile Device" gathering task you receive an error similar to the following:
The following error occurred while initializing the Exchange PowerShell snapin [Could not find file 'C:\Users\<accountname>\AppData\Local\Temp\o_wr2m6m.dll'.].
The service account is not able to write to the Temp directory located in the service account user profile.
The default location of the Temp folder is "C:\Users\<accountname>\AppData\Local\Temp\
Clean up space on the drive containing the user profiles so files can be written to the Temp directory.
Ensure there are no disk quotas that apply to the service account which would prevent the account from writing to the drive.
Note: If the "C:\Users\<accountname>\AppData\Local\Temp\" folder has been renamed or removed that will also cause the above errors.
If you are able to access and write to the temp directory as the service account try rebooting the MessageStats server 2-3 times and run the gathering again.
