Description
Your MessageStats server was down or gathering tasks were not functioning properly and missed gathering tracking log data for a period of time and you would like to process a backed up copy of those tracking logs for historical reporting. And the tracking logs you would like to process are from servers that are no longer in the Exchange Organization.
