Does MessageStats support Server 2016? -
Description
Using MessageStats 7.4.1 on Windows Server 2016 users are noticing that some pages for reports (example report being a Mailbox Quota/Size report) don't render properly and the page looks as if it loads, but then nothing is clickable and the browser becomes frozen. -
Cause
This is due to the IE Compatibility mode being forced to IE7. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
You can change the IE Compatibility mode to IE 11 to allow this to work
FIX
This will be fixed in the next version of MessageStats 7.5. At the time of this article it has not been released. Please check our support portal for the latest version and updates.
