How to create a custom report to show the monthly mailbox activity of a specific list of mailboxes

Click Add New Filter
Click the dropdown box of the new filter and select Date. In the next dropdown box select Last Month (or the date range you want to use)
Ensure there is the 'AND' predicate between the Display name filter and the Date filter
Click Next
Select the fields to group the data in the report and click Next
Select how you would like the data sorted and click Next
Change the formatting options to change the display format as you like and click Next
Enter a description for the report and click Next
If the report is how you want it to look click Finish or go back and change any settings you want and then click Finish
Click File | Save As
Select the folder you want to create the report in, enter a name for the report and click OK
