Description
Windows Mobile | Users | Email Activity reports for some users show more messages sent than the Mailbox Activity reports for the same users. -
Cause
This can be caused if there are many failed sendmail attempts logged in the IIS logs gathered by MessageStats. MessageStats Counts the sendmail events for each user to calculate the Messages Sent value. -
