When opening the properties of the MessageStats server from the console, the following error is displayed on screen.
"An error occured while configuring the property dialog and it must close. Please close and restart the MessageStats console. Unable to create property page for Customer Feedback (ConsoleBase.QMSPhoneHomePropertyPage) Invalid class string"
