Is it possible to run a report that will return the daily messages received per mailbox in the Office 365/Microsoft Online Report pack?
Resolution

No, there is no way in MessageStats to run this report.
WORKAROUND
None
STATUS
Install and configure Unified Communications Command Suite Analytics and if you're running Office 365 Hybrid, you will be able to collect and report on the Daily Messages Received.
