Lync & OCS Server Company Field is blank in reports after being inserted
Description
When running MessageStats and the Lync Report Pack not connected to any Exchange Environment, after inserting the "Company" Field the "Lync & OCS Server | Enterprise Voice | Chargeback by User" run the report Company field is blank.
Cause
MessageStats is not connected to the Exchange Organization and the Mailbox gathering was not completed. The information is populated from the T_Mailboxes table in the MessageStats database.
Resolution
If you're not planning on using MessageStats for anything else then gathering OCS & Lync data then Uninstall MessageStats and the Lync Report pack and install the new standalone Lync Product "MessageStats for Lync" version 7.2.5 or later.
