Description
When right-clicking on the OCS Pool and selecting properties, a dialogue box appears on screen with the following message:

An error occured while configuring the property dialog and it must close. Please close and restart the MessageStats console. Unable to create property page for Pool Properties (qmsConsoleOCS.PoolConnectionPropertyPage.OCSPoolPropertyPage) Invalid class string

---------------------------You check Add/Remove Programs and the OCS/Lync Report pack is not there, however the OCS/Lync Report pack was installed.
You may also notice you cannot open the Voice Properties page or the Federation Properties.
All of the OCS tables exist in the MessageStats database

Resolution
1. Make sure you are logged in as the Service account and then uninstall/reinstall the OCS/Lync Report pack.
- If the Report Pack does not exist in Add/Remove programs, then do a clean install with the default options of the OCS/Lync Report pack.
2. Allow the installation to complete.
3. Open the properties of the Lync Pool.
