When accessing the Messagestats web reports you recieve teh following error - Server Error in '/MessageStatsReports' Application.

The account that is being used to access and generate files in the c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET
Files\messagestatsreports\ directory is the ASTNET account on the local machine where the Web reports are installed.

Please ensure that this account is a member of the local users group and is not disabled. As well the ASPNET account should also have full control to the c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\
