Description
When installing the Messagestats database you may receive the following error - "The Quest Messagestats 6.0.1 database was not found on the <sqlservername>\<InstanceName> server. Please enter a server that has the Quest MessageStats 6.0.1 database installed in order the proceed with the Quest Messagestats 6.0.1 installation.?" -
Resolution
Please make sure you have specified the Virtual Server Name of the SQL cluster or the NetBios name of the SQL Server you are installing the Messagestats Database on. For example, VirtualServerName or NetBiosName.
