The following are the steps to add an additional node a an existing cluster.
1 - On the passive node, run the msi. When you reach the registration portion of the install, use the Demo mode’
2 - On the active node, run the Instance Configuration. Select ‘Ignore’ or all the instances listed and continue and finish running the configuration. You can access this by using the following path:
|Start|All Programs|Quest Software|LiteSpeed|Instance Configuration
3 - Run the Registration module. You can access this by using the following path:
|Start|All Programs|Quest Software|LiteSpeed|Registration
Select Demo mode when running this.
This should install LiteSpeed on the passive node. Once you failover, the LiteSpeed Application should function.
