The media family on device LiteSpeed for SQL Server backup file is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.
Issue fixed in Version 5.2.0.1245. The latest version of Litespeed for SQL Sever can be downloaded at
http://support.quest.com/softwaredownloads.aspx
This version and above will be able to read the corrupted file.
