Description
Error Description: Executing the query "execute master..xp_slssqlmaint N'-BkUpMedia DISK -..." failed with the following error: "LiteSpeed(R) for SQL Server(R) Version 8.9.1.303 (64bit) Copyright 2020 Quest Software Inc. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Msg 50000, Level 0, State 0, Line 0: No parameters have been supplied. Use -? to list all the available options. ".
Cause
There are several reasons why this might happen, most likely is network-related, here are some possible reasons:
A change in the network\dns might cause the disconnection to the remote disk.
UNC path issues
Domain Logins not resolving to the Domain Controller
Resolution
Here are some possible troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check with the customer his/her network environment, ask if there was any recent change in network or network policies.
Check if you can connect to the target server/disk.
Check domain credentials and see if the server can communicate with the Domain Controller.
Check the machine's host files and see if the server has the IP hardcoded in the file.
