Litespeed not available to other users after Upgrade to 6.1 -
Description
After upgrading litespeed version from 6.0 to 6.1. Litespeed was not available to other users in start menu (program files) but it is visible to the adminstartor only(used to install).

Cause
During installation, User selected the option Litespeed should only be avaliable for the user.

Resolution
Resoultion
Uninstall Litespeed and Reinstall making sure that "Access to other users is selected" during installation.
