When running the instance configuration wizard, litespeed returns with the error message "The specified module could not be found"
Litespeed is unable to find the MDAC windows files (for windows 2008 server) or WDAC files (for Windows server 2008)
or
Corrupt MDAC or WDAC windows files.
For windows 2003, ensure all MDAC file are installed in the C: drive of the server, to reinstall go to the link

For Windows 2008, MDAC is now known as WDAC which is bundled with Windows 2008 server installation and installed on installation
WDAC files can be found in C:\Program Files\Common Files\
For missing MDAC files, use the MDAC component version to check the the version installed. please see link below
