How to create a backup template with additional tsql steps
Description

When using snapshot replication , we need to execute "sp_flush" and "sp_repldone" on the database in order to get the T log backups to truncate the log, as described by Microsoft.
Is there a way to accomplish this from a Litespeed backup template (add the t-sql as a job step) without a maintenance plan? Can we use a maintenance plan so we can deploy the plan to multiple databases like we can with a backup template today?
Resolution

Status:
LiteSpeed Maintenance Plan templates are designed to migrate the LiteSpeed backup tasks. At this time, they do not include t-sql job steps.
Enhancement request ST112542 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of LiteSpeed.
